Welcome to KPGT Radio. KPGT is proud to be a ministry of Harvest Baptist Church located in Watertown, South Dakota. It is owned and operated by the church and is a by-faith ministry dedicated to “Proclaiming God’s Truth” to the sole glory of the Lord. Our goal is to present the Gospel message to the lost and encourage the saints of God in their daily walk with the Lord.
God led us to purchase KPGT in the spring of 2012. At the time we agreed to purchase the radio station, we didn’t have so much as a cent to put toward the purchase of the station. All we had was blessed assurance that this was the direction God was leading. We stepped out on faith alone, but oh, how God did provide! Within four months God had provided all the money needed for the purchase of the station, the construction of the studio, and all the equipment needed. Our first day on the air was August 6, 2012 and we have enjoyed God’s continued blessing ever since.
But we believe that God has much more in store for KPGT. In fact, the purchase of the radio come with a construction permit to increase the power of the radio station which would increase our coverage area ten times what it currently is. Again, we don’t have the funds to do this, but believe God is able.
We ask you to please be in prayer for us. More than money, more than power increases, we need God. We desire to have God’s Power, have a Personal Touch, and be Professional in all we do through the radio ministry.
